A Tribute to Lillian "Nona" Tait

Lillian “Nona” Tait was a treasured part of the Mary Diaz & William Copeland Jr. Memorial Tennis Tournament community. Working the check in desk, roaming the courts to see if anything was needed, and readying the feast for the big cookout, Lillian was always willing to lend a hand.  Although these tangible contributions were much needed, it was her spirit and attitude that made the biggest difference.  The qualities of selflessness, generosity, and love that she emanated, are what this event was built on.  Lillian will be greatly missed but will continue to inspire us with each tournament to come.  We love you Nona.
